Causes which justify the return of a product.

The causes which we accept as justifying product return are:

  • Manufacturing defects*
  • The product was not included in the original order 
  • Transport mishap (breakage, etc.)

*Due to the natural origin of the ingredients in our products slight variations in the color of batches of the same products is commonplace.


What should I do in order to return a product?

If the product meets the requirements for product return you should contact us at eshop@alqvimia.com and provide the delivery note number and the reason for the return. If the reason given fits the criteria of the abovementioned cases, Alqvimia will pay for the pick up and delivery charges and will change the product for the one you want.

What is the time period for returned goods?

This depends in the reason for the return:

  • If caused by manufacturing defects * à15 days from the delivery date of the product.
  • If the product does not correspond with your order à 15 days from the delivery date of the product.
  • If caused by a transport incident (breakage, etc.) à 24 hours from the delivery date of the product.

*Due to the natural origin of the ingredients in our products slight variations in the color of batches of the same products is commonplace.

Therefore returns will only be accepted for defective products or due to errors with respect to the products shipped. You have a period of 15 working days, from the date of delivery to return any product to El Taller de Alqvimia, S.L. (in accordance with Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of the 15th of January on the Organization of Retail Trade, as modified by Law 47/2002, of the 19th of December).

In the case of breakages or poor condition of the product ordered, you have 24 hours to process a claim from the time of product receipt. No claims can be made after this period (the broken product or product in poor condition is required as an essential step in order to proceed with the change or corresponding refund fee).

If we are out of stock of prepaid orders (i.e. the lack of a product reference in our warehouse) the client will be informed, at the latest in 2 working days from the placement of the order, so that he/she can inform us of his/her preferences: these include a return on the amount for the total purchase, a partial refund (for the amount of the product which is out of stock) or if he/she prefers to wait until the entire order can be delivered.
