Delivery Limitations
For products sent to international addresses, please take into account that the instructions and warnings on the product may not be available in the language of the country of destination; the products (and the materials which accompany the product) may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications or labeling requirements of the destination country. You are responsible for the legal importation of the product into the destination country. On placing an order with Alqvimiaeshop.com, the recipient is the nominal importer and must fulfill all the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Tariffs, Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for ensuring that the product may be legally imported into the country of destination. When you make an order with the Alqvimiaeshop.com the recipient is the nominal importer and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country of destination. Those orders sent outside of Spain may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and import taxes on the arrival of the order at the country of destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict how much they will cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required there may be delays outside our estimated delivery times.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us and we know that it is important to you how your order information is used or shared. We would like to inform all our international clients and those of our clients who send orders to international addresses that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
We may also have to provide certain information with respect to the order, the delivery and the product, such as details of ownership, to our international transport companies, and these companies may communicate this information to the customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and fulfill local legislation.

The e-commerce purchasing process we use is that detailed below:
Client registration
When a client (you) provides us with the minimum data necessary for making an online purchase, he/she is offered the opportunity to register as a user for future purchases. Subscribing as a user automatically authorizes Alqvimia to use this information for commercial purposes. On no account may Alqvimia provide this information to third parties.
Under the provisions of that established in Article Five of Organic Law 15/1999, you are hereby informed that the data provided in these forms will form part of a data file which belongs to the company El Taller de Alqvimia. The information gathered will be used to administer your purchasing orders, as well as the undertaking of any commercial activity by the company.
As the client, you must complete all the compulsory data requested by Alqvimia using the REGISTRATION option as well as in the YOUR ACCOUNT section in order to be registered as a client and enjoy Alqvimia commercial services.
You must provide specific identification data, personal data, shipping information, details of payment methods and the acceptance of the contract conditions and privacy conditions.
Client Registry Confirmation
Once the your identification data has been entered and you have accepted the contractual and privacy conditions, Alqvimia will, after reviewing the data, confirm client registration and send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided for identification.
Client Identification
Once you have been registered with the Alqvimia ecommerce eshop you can make use of its services by entering your valid e-mail address and password into the option IDENTIFICATION, which is in the YOUR ACCOUNT section.
Product Selection
The purchasing procedure begins with you making a selection of articles which are shown in the frame of the main page and which are divided into different ranges, in accordance with their function.
The product display presented by Alqvimia in the different sections of its web page are subject to changes or the removal of products from its catalogue without previous notice, this applies to both product characteristics and prices, however, in all events the product conditions shown at the time of purchase will be applied.
A product on our web page may only be purchased if it is available and we have confirmation of stocks. Any product which is out of stock will not be available for purchase.
Specific information on products presented on our web page may be modified or eliminated at any time. The company cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy, grammatical or graphic error which our website may contain.
The product images presented may not entirely coincide with the real article, as modifications to packaging may occur, however the composition and characteristics of the product will always remain unchanged. The Alqvimia sales department is available to all our clients to help them with any technical queries regarding the products shown in the eshop. The company does not therefore take responsibility for the decisions which clients or customers may take resulting from the summarized information provided on the products displayed on the website.
Shopping Kart
As a client you may continue to add articles to your shopping kart as you select them, using the icon of an Alqvimia bag, which is shown together with the description and price of the article on the page which displays all the products offered by Alqvimia.
Shipping costs
Alqvimia will automatically add the corresponding delivery charges to your purchases in accordance with the type of transportation chosen. In the case of purchases made outside of the EU, you must assume the cost of customs duties in the country of destination.
During the first step in the order confirmation procedure, you will see the transport/shipping costs which correspond to your country.
For deliveries outside the European Union, you, as the recipient, are responsible for customs duties and you must be aware if Alqvimia cosmetic products are subject to restrictions in your country.
Transport Conditions
Alqvimia offers 3 parcel delivery service options: Express post delivery, Priority service and Postal service. Postal service is free of charge for any order over 50 euros. The priority service is not available for deliveries to PO boxes.
Delivery Times
Our estimated delivery times are based on a series of factors, which include the delivery address, the delivery options chosen and how fast we can obtain the products and prepare them for delivery. In addition, orders comprising various products or with multiple requests for the same product may take more time to prepare before delivery is possible.
In order to calculate the estimated delivery times, we take the estimated delivery time and add the time which the package will take to travel from our facilities to the delivery address using the transport means chosen.

Completing Payment Information
The next step is to choose how to pay for the order. All orders from the Alqvimia eshop must be pre-paid.
The Alqvimia website uses different payment modes (4B debit card, VISA and Mastercard credit cards) and Paypal. Paypal is a payment standard in Internet purchases which provides a rapid, secure environment for economic transactions and accepts different forms of payment, such as credit cards and transfers.
Making your Order
Once you have chosen the articles you wish to purchase, select the PURCHASE NOW option in order to confirm your order.
Sending Order Confirmation
Once the purchase has been made, you will receive an e-mail which confirms that your purchase has been made. This document will be considered as a contract in accordance with that established in Article 23, of Law 34/2002, whereby the parties accept that the contract has been made at the company address of Alqvimia.
Alqvimia will inform the client of the following purchasing procedures:
· Payment: You will receive an initial e-mail which informs you that your order has been paid and processed correctly.
. Preparation underway: You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order is being prepared in our facilities.
. Delivery: When the order package leaves our facilities we will send an e-mail to you detailing its delivery number so that you can monitor transport from the transport company website.
All the documentation created in this process will be guarded by thecompany during the established legal period and it will be provided to you on the receipt of a verifiable written request sent to Alqvimia’s company address.
Orders which cannot be delivered
On occasions some deliveries are returned to Alqvimia as they have been impossible to deliver. When a transport company returns a package we proceed with a full refund (including delivery charges).
We cannot resend the orders returned to Alqvimia. If you still wish to purchase products which were could not be delivered, you can make a new order using our web page.
If you think that your order will not be able to reach the delivery address given or you have not received confirmation that your order was returned, or that a refund was made in a period of 4 weeks from the estimated delivery time, please send an e-mail to eshop@alqvimia.com.
